Bodacious Kids Apparel is a small
children’s apparel manufacturing
located in Birmingham, Alabama. We
specialized in whimsical appliquéd
play clothes. We use only the finest
quality fabric and materials and
always have fun in the creative
process offering you timeless pieces
in the latest styles. Bodacious
Kids Apparel started at the end of
2005 with a whim of an idea that led
to the beginning of our company.
What started with a few sketches in
a sketch book led to our first line
of appliqués and the fun continued
from there. With only two months we
raced to get our first line ready
for market and ready we were. I
recall with clarity making the drive
to Atlanta while sewing on the last
of the buttons. In our first season
we sold to over 100 stores in 13
states across the southeast.
No one could have predicted the
success we had that first season nor
the roller coaster that followed
afterwards. After taking a season to
catch up and get in gear we are
excited to show you our new line
available in August 2010!! We hope
you will enjoy the new collection as
much as we had fun designing it. We
promise… it’s nothing short of
