Cancellation or Changes to Order
Orders begin processing once
payment has been made. Therefore any
changes, deletions, additions, or
cancellations to an order are left
to the discretion of Bodacious Kids. To inquire about changes to

Return Policy
We are proud to offer you unique
high quality clothing for your
little ones. If you are not
completely satisfied with your
merchandise, you may return the
items in original condition and all
tags attached for a full refund
(less shipping) within 10 days of
receiving your items. Any errors,
omissions, or manufacturing defects
must be returned within the 10 days
of receiving your order. Any errors,
omissions, or manufacturing defects
noted after this 10 day period will
be the customer’s responsibility.
Any returned merchandise must be in
its original condition with all tags
attached. Return shipping will be
incurred by the customer. Bodacious
Kids will not be held
responsible for items lost in
transit. Therefore, we recommend
tracking your return package. All

Caring for your Clothes
We are proud of the high quality
materials and workmanship of our
items. To better preserve your
clothes, Bodacious Kids
recommends the following in the care
of your garment(s). Washing is
recommended in cold water on gentle
cycle. Hang to dry. Use a cool iron
and avoid ironing the appliqué.
Shipping Policy
All orders for in stock items
will be shipped 1-3 business days
after the order is placed from our
warehouse in Birmingham, Alabama. .
All orders are shipped via UPS
Monday thru Thursday. Orders are not
shipped Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
All shipping costs will be paid by
the customer and noted on the
customer’s order.

share, or rent your personal
information to any third party. We
may however use third parties to
help us proved services to our
customers such as fulfilling orders
and processing payment. Bodacious
